First you should know that it is irresponsible to tell customers their products do not need cartridges replacement. Cartridges should be replaced periodically as impurities in water accumulated to a certain degree could affect the filtration performance. However, the frequency of filter changes depends on your water quality and your water usage. Normally, you should change the cartridges every half year.

There are 96 test items according to the national standard. But for the tap water, many indicators have been controlled in waterworks, and end-users only need to concern about some regular items, including: visibility, color, turbidity, chlorine, COD, PH, total hardness etc.

Cartridges are easily changed by the homeowner. Complete instructions are packed with each cartridge and you can change it easily by simply following the instructions. Usually, no tools are required. And of course, help is always available from your distributor or the company.
